24-410 disc top caps, Q24C-410 frosted, plug seal
The Q24C-410 has a orifice of 9mm and a plug seal closing system with a Frosted finish. 24-410 disc top cap caps are created for our PET bottles and HDPE bottles. This makes it easy to create a complete package. The Q24C-410 disc top closures can be matched with many bottles in different volumes.
The Pin diameter is dependent on the thickness of the product. The orifice is different and dependents on the product. For example low viscose products like cleaning facial or alcohol the orifice opening is 1-3 mm, for higher viscosity products around 3-5 for shampoos and body lotions.
24/410 disc top closures for multiple markets combinations
For low viscose products like facial cleansing or alcohol, the insert opening is 1-3 mm, for high viscosity products like shampoo and body lotions the insert pin is 3-5 mm. Our screw closures have different closing systems like plug seal, crabs-claw, liner or insert.
The 20/410 cap has a plug seal closing system and finish is frosted. This 20/410 disc top cap Q24C-410 is available in many colors. We have sometimes many on stock of the disc top caps. Our standard colors for the disc top caps are white, natural, black and silver, however we can supply the disc top closures in any required colour.
Disc top caps 1212 in different finishes
The closures are available in many different sizes, but the most common neck finishes are 20-410, 24-410, 24-415 and 28-410. In most designs a shiny finish is required but in some cases a matt or frosted effect can add to the design. Frapak, therefore offers both shiny and matt finishes on most sizes of the caps.
