The abrasive backing plate is the main raw material for making powerful elastic back plates. The strength and performance of the fiberglass abrasive back plate will directly affect the polishing performance of the elastic back plate.
The net fabric of the fiberglass abrasive backing plates produced by our company are all made of platinum glass filaments (glass fibers extracted from the platinum crucible with medium alkali or without alkali glass balls), combined with phenolic resin.
Due to the use of special raw materials, the fiberglass abrasive plate produced by our company has the following advantages:
1. High rotational resistance;
2. The product has a long shelf life and the storage period can reach more than 3 years;
3. The thickness is uniform and the error is small;
4. Good toughness, it can improve the polishing performance of elastic abrasive disc products.
Today, our company can process and produce two types of fiberglass abrasive plates, T27 and T29, to meet customer needs.
